We accept persons:

• with a primary diagnosis of a developmental disability;
• with IQ of 74 or below;
• who are ambulatory or non-ambulatory
• age 18 and over;
• who may have high medical needs
• with a Medicaid waiver or private funding
• Staff will provide 24/7 support to each individual to enhance their independent and community living skills. All programs and services are individualized and based on the the needs of the clients we support.
• Residents are supported in developing their individual interests and to make personal choices about activities inside and outside of the home environment. Clients are constantly encouraged to stretch and expand outside of their social “comfort zones” to pursue activities and programs as far as their skills and abilities will allow them.

NURSING SERVICES

• 1:1 nursing support for all medical needs
• Incontinence, catheter, and colostomy care
• Diabetic management
• Intravenous therapy
• Ventilator and tracheostomy care
• Internal feedings
• Treatment of extensive wounds
• Management of infectious diseases
• Neurological care and seizure management
• Medication management
